Pegasus
The entire Pegasus Tower is commercial space (floors 1-12). The first four floors are shared with the Helios Tower. The towers also share a two-story underground parking lot.
Helios
The Helios Tower has commercial premises on floors 1-4 and apartments from the fifth floor onwards. The entrances to the commercial premises and apartments are separate.
Ceilings
The ceiling height is 3 meters.
The frame of the building
The building will be built on a pile foundation. The load-bearing skeleton of the building will be monolithic ceiling slabs, which will rest on monolithic columns/walls.
Outer wall
Lightweight wall made of thermoprofile. The gap between the frame is filled with mineral wool.
Facade and windows
Triple-glazed wood-aluminum windows and glass-aluminum facade system.
The roof
Mineral wool insulation and roll membrane roofing material on a monolithic concrete slab.
Interior walls
Load-bearing walls are made of monolithic concrete, Non-load-bearing walls are made of single-layer plaster (extra hard).
Terraces
One end of the business tower is designed in a stepped manner, with the concrete slab of each floor stepping back 2.1 m from the bottom, creating a terrace on each floor. A roof terrace is also created on the roof of the four-story volume connecting the two buildings, and on the roofs of the first and second floors of the same volume, where the upper floors step back.
Elevator
There are 3 elevators in both towers.
Energy label
The business towers have an A-energy rating.
Heating
The building’s heat supply is provided by energy piles and geothermal energy. Peak loads are provided by the district heating network managed by AS Utilitas. The commercial premises have radiator heating. Air heating in the underground parking lot.
Ventilation
Mechanical supply and exhaust units with rotary heat recovery, which are equipped with a post-heating and cooling heater.
Cooling
Commercial spaces are cooled on a room-by-room basis with water-cooled cassettes/fan coils installed on the ceiling or wall.
Environmental sustainability
LEED Gold certification.
