PIN architects believe that a good space can be created in a way that pleases all parties, but architecture is most definitely not an art of compromises, and the focus must firmly remain on the end user.

The architecture of the 1st stage of Hipodroomi Quarter is centered around avoiding the feel of one massive development. Instead, we have created smaller separate buildings, where you can feel at home. The space between buildings is interconnected and full of exploration, while still maintaining privacy with the help of diverse landscaping. Each apartment has either a private garden with terrace, a balcony, or a rooftop terrace, to make sure that all homes have openness and enjoyable views. Inspired by the landscape architecture of the Promenade, each terrace has stylish planting boxes, creating a perceived buffer between the public and private spaces. The larger building emits respectability through the use of dark bricks, while the playful wooden terraces provide warmth and cosiness.

Non-load bearing walls are one-time plaster walls on a metal frame and are insulated with mineral wool.

Light composite board, wood, and brick

04 Finishing

Walls and ceilings will be painted, bathroom walls and floor will be covered with ceramic tiles. Living room floors will have a standard finish of natural 1-strip wooden parquet according to the package chosen by the customer.
