How to buy?

01 – Booking

  • The customer that has chosen a suitable apartment can enter into a booking agreement.
  • The booking agreement shall be valid until the conclusion of a contract under the law of obligations. The booking fee is 3000 euros.

02 – Contract under the law of obligations

  • A notarial sales contract under the law of obligations will be concluded with the client.
  • By signing the contract under the law of obligations, the client agrees to pay 15% of the value of the purchase transaction.
  • The contract under the law of obligations will specify the timeline for the build and the deadline for handing over the apartment ownership, as well as all other relevant details.

03 – Real right contract

  • Once the building is finished, a notarial real right contract will be concluded, and the buyer will pay the remaining 85% of the sales-purchase price.
  • After signing the real right contract, the ownership of the apartment will be transferred.
